This company has been in the category of 'unable to classify' or 'unable to classify 9999' if that helps any.  It has not been making any money and has a relatively low net worth it seems based largely on the cash value of tangible assets.  (It is slightly less than $2000 if you do not include trade secrets and might be more like slightly less than $200 million or just under $2 billion if you do).  It is more or less an LLC and working diligently on paying llc fees despite a legal system that was not supposed to do something due to llc status which it appears to have done anyway.  The company does not plan to take legal action because some fortuitous benefit has come from it.  I will try to fill you in on the historic details later.  Please stay tuned.  James
