About The GypSee Scope

It is currently looking like there will be two sizes available.  One fits the standard aircraft instrument hole of  3 1/8 in and the other 2 1/4 in.  The first version, either size, definitely will leave much to be desired--but will do something at least interesting to one if not useful.  Stay tuned for the details.  The cost might be a low as $100 but the later versions would probably be more like around $1000.00 each as they would be considerably more complicated and do more.  It will probably work in anything from, say, a Schweizer 1-26 glider to a Boeing 777 althought it probably won't be for everyone.   There are actually two types coming to light.  A general aviation one for light aircraft and one for those with at least TCAS.

Attention Aircraft Homebuilders:  Ever build one of your instruments?  Watch for a kit-built version of the GypSee Scope.  It is in the works.
There are currently 4 G-Scope Prototypes or artistic renditions in existence.  3 are standard size and one miniature.  I am currently working on the first (a standard one) and moving in a linear fashion to finish them all.  The third is the mini one.  The aim is to offer each production system for about $2000 each.  I am looking for someone to buy many at once before production to allow the manufacturing process to begin.   I am obtaining some new ideas along the way so I may just start working with those.  One problem is I have a good new idea but cannot afford to try it.  The buyer would have more or less a choice between a primitive spinner version or a more advanced radio glitch needle version or some combo.

Brain Children (Products):  The GypSee Scope is the first Brain Child and not really born just yet.  It is a work of art.  A crude 3 1/8 inch GypSee Scope is under construction.  These will probably be hand made in the US and sold to anyone interested.
